Ghanaian musician King Paluta has revealed that his popular song “Makoma” has helped save many marriages. He said the song’s lyrics gave new meaning to relationships where men weren’t respected enough.
In an interview with Kwadwo Sheldon Studios, King Paluta explained, “‘Od33fo) ade3 yenfa nkyeky3’ has saved a lot of marriages. The message is powerful, and now women understand that they can’t just give away something that belongs to their man to anyone else.”
He also clarified that an “Od33fo)” isn’t about a man’s wealth but about being responsible, having vision, and working hard for the relationship. “An ‘Od33fo)’ is someone who does everything possible to ensure you have a better life,” he said.
