A suspect identified as Steve Taehee Ha has been arrested following the murder of a man, Hyung Joon Choi in a shooting at the Gold’s Gym in Reston.
The stunning shooting occurred Tuesday, August 20th at the Gold Gym in Reston.
Witnesses said a man, later identified as Steve Taehee Ha, came up to Hyung Joon Choi, who was exercising in the gym, and shot him.
Ha shot Choi multiple times in the torso and then fled the scene.
The victim was taken to hospital in critical condition but unfortunately did not survive the gruesome attack.
Fairfax County Police were called to the scene of the crime in the 11800 block of Sunrise Valley Drive in Reston around 1:13 p.m. Tuesday and immediately commenced their investigations.

Major Crimes detectives identified the suspect as Steve Taehee Ha, 43, of Chantilly and quickly arrested and charged him with Second Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.
He is currently being held in the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center on no bond.
The victim was identified as Hyung Joon Choi, 31, of Reston. Authorities continue to investigate the shooting and more details regarding the shooting are bound to come out in the coming days.
