Nigerian singer Dammy Krane has made allegations against fellow artist Davido, claiming that Davido paid authorities to falsely accuse him of being involved in a cryptocurrency and Flutter wave scam. Krane took to X (formerly Twitter) to voice his concerns, warning that Davido should be held accountable if anything were to happen to him.
“If anything happens to me, @davido should be held responsible,” Krane wrote. He accused Davido of using law enforcement to orchestrate a false arrest, stating, “Oppressor @davido has paid them to arrest me. They filed a petition falsely accusing me of being involved in a Flutterwave and crypto scam just to have me arrested. This is how they keep using corrupt cops to tarnish the reputation of the police.”
He wrote, “That’s what happened to Mohbad; he didn’t need to die before people sought justice. Nigeria, please don’t fail me.”
Nigeria, I’m being arrested and oppressed for seeking justice. They’re trying to set me up because they have nothing concrete against me. They filed a false petition claiming I’m involved in a Flutterwave and crypto scam just to assert their power. Meanwhile, @davido is the one actually involved in crypto scams.”
