Ghanaians are appalled by the actions of the former Minister of Energy, Mathew Opoku Prempeh also known as Napo who has made it a mission to disrespect the memory of Ghana’s first President, Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
After apologizing for his distasteful comments earlier, it seems Napo hasn’t learnt his lesson.
Instead of focusing on his campaign message that will help the NPP message retain power in 2024, Napo decided to fight the memory of a man who died decades ago.
According to Napo in a recent interview, Dr Kwame Nkrumah was a tyrant NAPO who persecuted a lot of chiefs forcing them to run for their lives. These chiefs reportedly came together to form the United Party (UP), which is the predecessor of the NPP.
Reacting to his rants, some NPP sympathizers are wonder why he keeps attacking Dr Kwame Nkrumah who is not alive to defend himself. They wondered if the upcoming elections was between NPP and Dr Kwame Nkrumah.
They asked Napo to change his ways or risk making NPP lose the elections as a result of his arrogance.
