Rapper Super Nard, a native of Montgomery, Alabama, has allegedly passed away, with the news living his fans, family and friends in mourning.
News of Super Nard’s alleged demise was shared on Facebook by the page, Montgomery’s Hood news, which bills itself as a satirical page. Still, the news is serious enough that many users believe it to be true.
The page shared a photo of the rapper with the caption: “Rest Up SuperNard,”
The post went crazily viral, garnering over 500 comments and close to 4k shares.
The comments were mostly from people who were finding it hard to come to terms with the news.
“Maybe BRUH this got to be fake I know bruh ain’t no way WTF,” one comment read.
Another said: “Rest up bro.. thank you repping Montgomery the way you did. My thoughts and prayers with your family,”
However, his death was seemingly confirmed by a friend, Ebony Belser, who revealed she was with him this past weekend and he was in good spirits and she’s just flabbergasted by the sudden nature of his demise.

Super Nard was reportedly in a car accident some time back and had been battling to get back to his best. His recovery seemed to be going well based on Ebony’s post until an unexpected setback lead to his death.
Praising him for his stoic character, Belser said Super Nard was a joy to be around and a supportive friend and mentor.
Super Nard was a talented rapper from Montgomery AL who was known not just for his super talent as an MC but also for being an unapologetic representative for his hometown.
His reported death set social media ablaze with many people coming out to express their condolences while also extending gratitude to him for properly representing their hood every chance he got.
His passing is definitely going to leave a mark. May he rest in peace.
