Ghanaian actor, Farmer and Politician, John Dumelo has renovated the reading room at Limann Hall to facilitate easy learning for the students at Legon Campus. This initiative is part of his campaign strategy to win the upcoming Parliamentary elections.
John Dumelo is standing against his opponent, Lydia Alhassan for the Ayawaso West Wuogon constituency seat as an MP. After losing to Lydia Alhassan during the 2020 elections, John Dumelo is going all out this year to make sure he secures a one touch victory.
He is always seen at Legon Campus fixing one problem or the other. He has paid the fees of some students, bought laptops for others and also brought some fresh produce from his farm to the students.
While these may seem like good acts by the actor, it is clear he is doing everything to win the hearts of the Legon students as they contribute to a huge chunk of the voters.
