Former President John Dramani Mahama has said that he is going to prosecute and if necessary, jail all NPP appointees who engaged in corruption during their reign.
According to him, Ghanaian youth are losing faith in our democracy and if nothing is done to stop the rampant corruption, eventually things will get out of hand and a coup d’état or massive civil unrest would ensue.
Mahama was speaking during a Youth Townhall by the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) that was held at UPSA on Monday.
The ex-President was asked about whether he has plans to prosecute NPP officials who have committed heinous acts of corruption under this government.
Mahama was also asked about what measures he plans to put in place to fight brain drain.
