Bobby George is a wealthy American businessman who owns over 40 companies including more than 20 restaurants, the most well known being the Townhall restaurants in Cleveland and Columbus.
He is also the founder and CEO of the private equity firm Ethos Capital Partners, primarily with holdings in real estate.
Born Robert T. George, he is the son of Tony George, another massively successful Cleveland area businessman. Bobby, like his father, has amassed a significant net worth via his numerous businesses, making him a power player in the state of Ohio in regards to politics and business.
However, trouble is now looming for Bobby George after he was arrested on serious charges of r*pe, attempted murder, and kidnapping, among others, all in regards to alleged crimes he committed against his girlfriend, who authorities are yet to identify.

His successful career has spanned businesses such as Townhall in Columbus, LYV The Wellness Space, Rise dispensaries, Mandrake – Columbus. George claims to have majority stakes in over 40 companies including at least 20 restaurants.

Reports indicate that despite his massive success and claiming in an interview that Jesus Christ is his role model and ‘treating people better’ is his mantra, Bobby George appears to have severely maltreated one person, his girlfriend.
This stems from disturbing news that emerged within the past few hours that he has been charged with r*pe, kidnapping, felonious assault and strangulation.

Bobby George is accused of committing these despicable crimes against his live-in girlfriend over period between November 2023 and June 2024.
The victim’s identity is being withheld for obvious reasons.
According to the arrest warrant, George over the course of several hours between June 8 and June 10 this year, committed serious acts of assault against the victim including throwing her around their home and keeping her from escaping.
And when she entered a closet to hide out a bit and get some respite from the assault, literally praying for her life, the warrant states, Bobby George allegedly at that moment shoved a towel down his girlfriend’s throat and said, like an evil movie villain: “You think God is going to help you?”
Another incident that occurred sometime between May and July allegedly saw George throwing the woman to the ground, forcibly holding her down and forcing himself on her.
Other alleged assaults included incidents in November 2023 and July this year, both of which included him manhandling her around the house. In the November incident, he allegedly held his hands around her neck, literally choking her and rendering her ‘unable to breathe or move’, according to the warrant.
He proceeded to pick her up and slammed her head multiple times into a table, leaving her with a concussion.
The warrant also reveals that when Bobby George’s girlfriend, tired of the abuse, attempted to flee, he forced her back to the house. One incident detailed in the warrant revealed he followed her to her car when she tried leaving and forced her back into the home at gunpoint.
A protective order has now been issued in the case and the charges filed against George.
On Tuesday morning, Bobby George turned himself in to police and appeared in Cleveland Municipal Court via video.
His bond was set at $200,000 and he was ordered to submit his passport and all guns in his possession.
Finally, the judge ruled he was not to have any contact with the victim for the foreseeable future.
