Another said she must be doing this because she’s a fan of Israel Adesanya, the former middleweight champion who is a noted rival of Pereira.
X user claims Meredith Brown jealous of friend
Following the accusations which social media users largely rebuffed, the X account Fight Clock MMA conducted an investigation into Meredith’s claims and came up with a theory for her alleged actions.
The friend who took Meredith to the event known as Jessy is said to have unfollowed Meredith following her accusations.
Based on this, and the fact that Meredith Brown appears to have lied in her TikTok video that she’s never attended a UFC event (when her own previous posts indicate otherwise), Fight Clock came up with a theory.
“If I were to guess Mere got jealous of Jessy being close to Alex’s friends and possibly Alex himself. Jessy maybe developed some time of relationship with Alex which then resulted in Mere posting this salacious allegation,” the post claimed.
At this moment, neither the UFC nor Alex Pereira have reacted to these damaging allegations.
While many people are inclined not to believe Meredith, it still remains imperative that the authorities take her allegations seriously and if anything comes of it, action needs to be taken one way or another.
At the moment, the story is simply going wildly viral on social media but official UFC authorities or law enforcement are yet to take any action in reaction to it.
