A one week observance has been held for the late mother of businessman, Kofi Amoa-Abban, Leticia Amoa-Aban, who died recently.
Leticia Amoa-Abban’s one week observation was held on Saturday, August 3rd and was attended by a creme-de-la-crème of Ghanaian society.
Luminaries from the world of business and politics were in attendance to support oil and gas magnate Kofi Amoa-Abban remember his late mother.
The roll call of attendees included businessmen Osei Kwame Despite and Ernest Ofori Sarpong – who led a delegation of the popular East Legon Executive Fitness Club – media mogul Bola Ray, political heavyweight Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, former Minority leader Haruna Iddrisu and more.
Some of those who attended also made contributions towards the upcoming funeral of Mrs Amoa-Abban, including a hefty donation from Ibrahim Mahama.
Speaking at the event, Kofi Amoa-Abban expressed gratitude to all who made donations, as well as to every one who took time to attend.
“To all those who made donations… I am very, very, grateful and appreciative of all your efforts. May God bless you abundantly and multiply whatever you have given,” Kofi Amoa-Abban said at the event.
The final funeral rites for the late Mrs Leticia Amoa-Abban are slated for October.
