According to a woman who was a former employer/co-worker of Chef Smith, he was a very bad person who engaged in fraud, s*xually taking advantage of people working under him, among others.
According to the lady, Chef Smith was working at an establishment owned by her husband where she worked as a receptionist.
During this time, she claims Chef Smith was duping prospective chefs by claiming he was running a cooking school, taking money from them and then exploiting them to work under him.
