Angry fans of Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie have descended on the gospel artist, Joe Mettle, after explaining why he refused a request from Sarkodie to feature him on a song.
Sarkodie, one of the most reclusive and frankly, arrogant Ghanaian artists in history, apparently put in a request for a feature from Mettle, and the ‘Bo Noo Ni’ hitmaker simply said no.
Usually, Sarkodie is the one breaking the hearts of other artists by refusing their feature collab requests!
Joe Mettle was asked about this during an interview with Andy Dosty an he explained that he did that because he has decided against featuring secular artists.
His explanation didn’t go down well with some Sark fans who slammed him for having a shallow understanding of Christianity.
“Our level Christianity is different from that of someone abroad, Tasha Cobbs will future Nicky and will have no problem. When u come to Africa everything about us is different,” one netizen wrote.
