Hajia 4 Real and her lawyer are swinging for the fences as they attempt to pull all the tricks they can to keep her out of jail and back to Ghana in no time.
The fraud case involving the Ghanaian socialite is now at the stage prior to sentencing and her team are now putting forward mitigating circumstances for her crime to attempt to convince the judge to give her a lenient sentence.
As already reported, the ideal sentence being sought by Hajia’s lawyer is 3 months jail time and deportation to Ghana.
In their fight to reduce Hajia’s liability, her lawyer is reported to have told the court that some of the fraud that was committed in Hajia’s name was done without her knowledge.
Her team presented evidence of people being scammed using the image and likeness of Hajia 4 Real and other Ghanaian celebrities such as Stonebwoy, Efya, Bola Ray and others without their knowledge.
