Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA) Artist of the Year nominee for 2024, Gregory Bortey Newman, popularly known as King Promise, has revealed details about his relationship with Efia Odo.
Efia Odo, who develops a seemingly close relationship with a male musician every few years and then has a falling out with them, has now turned her attention to King Promise.
She has been spotted with him multiple times recently, and she fought relentlessly to campaign for him to win the TGMA Artist of the Year.
Social media users have accused her of forcing friendship on King Promise and called on him to cut all ties with her as she’s unlucky.
In an interview, King Promise answered all those questions and said that there is no way he would stop being friends with Efia Odo just to please some people online.
