Kuami Eugene has taken to his Twitter page to shade Stonebwoy after he was announced as the Artiste of the year the TGMA Awards night.
Stonebwoy emerged victorious at the 25th Telecel Ghana Music Awards, claiming the prestigious Artiste of the Year award.
He faced tough competition from fellow Ghanaian music stars Kuami Eugene, King Promise, Sarkodie, Nacee, and Black Sherif but ultimately emerged on top.
This remarkable win marks Stonewoy’s second time taking home the coveted Artiste of the Year trophy, solidifying his place as a powerhouse in Ghana’s music scene.
After bagging eleven nominations, Stonebwoy won six awards making him the highest winner on the night.
However, it seems Kuami Eugene who won the best music video with his Cryptocurrency song isn’t pleased about the turn of events.
Taking to his Twitter page, he wrote “The Music Industry no be how the fans dey see am. It’s a bloody 🩸 game now. People will do anything, pull any string for validation. Ay3 tan !!!!!!
His cryptic post has been interpreted as a shade to Stonebwoy. Some people concluded that Kuami Eugene isn’t happy about losing the Artiste of the year position to Stonebwoy.
