Lilwin Apologizes For Insensitive Comments over 3-Year-Old Boy’s Death

Lilwin via his management team has come out to apologize to Ghanaians over insensitive comments made by his public relations officer (PRO) blaming the father of the deceased three-year-old boy for the accident that killed his son.

According to a new statement from Wezzy Empire, announcing the postponement of the premiere of his movie, ‘A Country Called Ghana’ in Sunyani, the comments were insensitive and not appropriate at this time.

“We understand that our previous communication may have been perceived as insensitive, and we apologize for any unintended distress caused,” the statement said.

Lilwin and his team had been heavily criticized over his reaction to the accident which injured him but killed a 3-year-old and critically injured his father.

After several arrogant interviews in which the Wezzy team blamed everyone aside the artist himself, they appear to have realized public opinion is completely against them and have now delivered a half-hearted apology.
