She has been associated with Combs’ management team since July 2013, starting as a Senior Executive Liaison at his record label Bad Boy Entertainment.
Later, she was promoted to ‘day to day manager’ and also took on the role of ‘Director, Office of The Chairman’ at Combs Enterprises.
In 2021, Diddy outlined her importance to him as he shared a post on Facebook which read: “Meet Kristina Khorram, Chief of Staff at Combs Enterprises.
“Kristina aka KK keeps everything in my life and my business running. She’s been my right hand for the last 8 years and has consistently proven to execute and get sh*t done. Don’t know how I’d function without her,”
Khorram holds a bachelor’s degree in business and French from the North Carolina State University.
She has previously worked at Burberry, Paramount Pictures, AOL and Gen Art.
Khorram appeared in the show ‘Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story’, which is a 2017 look at the Combs organization.
In recent allegations, Khorram has been compared to Ghislaine Maxwell in a s*x-trafficking lawsuit filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs.
The lawsuit claims that she required all of Combs’ employees to carry narcotics and allegedly ordered s*x workers for Mr. Combs.
The accusations were mafe in a lawsuit filed by a producer, Rodney Jones who recently worked with Diddy.
The lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones against Sean “Diddy” Combs involves serious allegations, including sexual misconduct, grooming, and s*x trafficking. Jones is seeking $30 million in damages.
The lawsuit alleges that Jones’ life was detrimentally impacted after he accepted Combs’ offer to do production work on “The Love Album” and includes accusations of s*xual assault during their time working together.
The legal documents claim that Jones was forced to find s*x workers and was coerced into physical interactions with them.
Additionally, the lawsuit alleges that Combs provided drugged alcoholic beverages to guests, including underage girls, during house parties.
The complaint also describes instances of harassment and assault against Jones, which were allegedly dismissed as “friendly horseplay” by Combs’ Chief of Staff, Kristina Khorram.
Amidst the lawsuit, Brendan Paul, a former Syracuse University men’s basketball player, was arrested on drug-related charges.
He was apprehended at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport as he was about to board a private jet.
The arrest occurred amid a raid on properties owned by rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs during an alleged sex trafficking investigation.
Paul faced charges for possession of suspected cocaine and possession of suspected marijuana candy found in his travel bags.
He was released on bond with a hearing scheduled for April.
The arrest is also linked to allegations made in a lawsuit filed by Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who claimed that Paul worked as Combs’ “mule,” acquiring and distributing drugs and guns.
Other allegations said Combs (Diddy) “required” him and Paul “to carry (Combs’) firearm on their person whenever they went out.”
Defendant Kristina Khorram had Paul, Moy Baun and Frankie Santella carry out an assortment of responsibilities ranging from drug trafficking to the procurement of s*x workers for Combs, according to Jones.

A raid at Sean “Diddy” Combs’ homes took place on March 25, 2024, involving Homeland Security.
The raids occurred at Combs’ properties in Los Angeles and Miami as part of an ongoing s*x trafficking investigation in New York.
Federal agents were seen entering the properties, and items such as laptops and phones were reportedly seized.
During the raids, Combs was spotted at Miami-Opa Locka Executive Airport and was reportedly stopped by federal agents.
