Social media users have been reacting with incredulous takes to news that Ghanaian influencer Yankey Himself had gotten married, and to a woman no less!

Yankey Himself has long been rumored to be queer, a member of the LGBTQIA community. Numerous videos of sus behaviour he has put up convinced majority of Ghanaians that he’s gay.

Then out of the blue, news emerged that he got married to a woman!

To say social media is shocked will be an understatement and its reflective in the kinds of comments the post is generating.

According to some netizens, due to the recently passed anti-LGBT law, Yankee Himself is now trying to hide himself to avoid prosecution.

“They are running from the bill but na lie😂😂😂😂” one netizen said.

Another wondered: “Some woman are actually attracted to kojo besia oo. Some lebians also marry them to cover up. Who knows if its an agreement?”

Others said it could simply be a photoshoot for a brand.
