American rapper Ja Rule has announced the construction of a school for underprivileged kids in Ghana, following in the footsteps of the path started by Michael Blackson.
Ghanaian-American comedian Michael Blackson constructed his school, the Michael Blackson Academy in his hometown in the Central Region.
Kids from the town are able to attend the academy completely free of charge!
Since building his school, Blackson has called for help from other diasporans to finance his school or build their own facilities.
Rapper Ja Rule appears to have heeded to his call as he announced his new school.
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Ja Rule wrote: “I’m also building a school in Ghana can’t wait to go and break ground… Rule love the kids!!! 🧡☀️🌅,”
