In the midst of her endeavor to set a new record for the cook-a-thon, Ghanaian chef Failatu Abdul Razak and her spouse’s stunning pre-wedding and wedding images have gone viral online.

The pre-wedding pictures were released on Facebook by user Laa Bang Paha, and the couple’s actual wedding photo was shared on Shaharan Suhuyini’s profile.

On Monday, January 1, 2024, Chef Razak started her effort to claim the Guinness World Records cook-a-thon record for the longest cooking session by a single person. It is anticipated that the chef will finish on Friday, January 5.

Her attempt follows the attention that cook-a-thon received when Nigerian chef Hilda Baci broke the record in late 2023. However, months after cooking for 119 hours, 57 minutes, and 16 seconds, Irish chef Alan Fisher won the title.

Just like Afua Asantewaa, Chef Faila’s Husband has been extremely supportive of her initiative. He spoke to journalists and talked about how proud he is of her.
