Camidoh Reveals The Traumatic Experience That Forced Him To Go Into Therapy Three Times A Week

Multiple award-winning Ghanaian hiplife artist, Camidoh has revealed the reason why he has been attending therapy for a while now.

Speaking to Berla Mundi on the Day Show on TV3, the BET Award nominee recounted how he has been involved in a car accident twice this year.

According to Camidoh, the trauma from the car accident poses a threat to his mental health and as a result, he had to check himself into therapy.

Camidoh furthered that because of the accident, he gets scared to sit in a car even if he is not the one driving it.

Camidoh also spoke about how Ghanaians don’t prioritize mental health. He explained that as an artist, there is a lot of pressure on them to produce quality songs and sometimes, this kind of pressure affects their mental health.

Camidoh went ahead to advise the general public to take charge of their mental health and always prioritize it.
