Ghanaian songstress and human rights activist, Sister Derby has replied Presidential aspirant under the APC party, Hassan Ayariga for saying he’ll making betting illegal.

According to the controversial politician, betting has made the youth become lazy and unproductive.

In order to curb the addiction to bets, Hassan Ayariga promised to ban it completely and make it illegal when he is voted into power as the President of Ghana.

Reacting to this, an angry Sister Derby lashed out at Hassan Ayariga for his statement. According to her, there are no jobs for the youth and betting is the only way for them to survive.

Sister Derby criticized him for not providing jobs to the youth but trying to take away their only source of entertainment.

Meanwhile, controversial US-based Ghanaian media personality, Kevin Taylor has lambasted broadcast journalist, Nana Aba Anamoah for patronizing innocent kids on her show.

Nana Aba Anamoah recently launched a show on GhOne TV titled “Actual Bosses”. The whole concept of the show was to make the voices of kids heard.

The show aims to create a warm and friendly environment where children can freely express themselves and engage in meaningful conversations about everything under the sun.

The first episode aired a few weeks ago and it featured these kids discussing the performance of the current and past governments and who they would vote for in the upcoming elections.

Some of these kids who are between the ages of 7 to 10 criticized the Mahama led administrative for being the major cause of power outages popularly known as “Dumsor” in Ghana.

Reacting to this, Kevin Taylor lambasted Nana Aba Anamoah for coaxing the kids into saying things that favored the incumbent NPP administration.

Kevin Taylor who is a strong sympathizer of the opposing NDC party criticized Nana Aba for patronizing the kids.
