Despite Media Bans Discussion of Shatta Wale And Playing His Music After Unhinged Attack On Despite and Fadda

Some Despite Media entities have announced a ban on Shatta Wale which encompasses refusing to discuss any issue about him or playing his music.

Neat Fm presenters Ola Michael and Abena Moet have implemented then ban on their Entertainment show on the channel.

According to Ola Michael, Shatta Wale’s attacks on Osei Kwame Despite and Fadda Dickson are unconscionable and have triggered the ban.

Abena Moet echoed his sentiments, indicating that Wale doesn’t pay their salaries hence they can choose whether to discuss issues surrounding him or not.

The action comes after Wale rained heavy insults on Dr Osei Kwame, the CEO of Despite Media and Fadda Dickson, the company’s Managing Director.

He was angry after Akwasi Aboagye of Peace Fm mocked him over his claim that he was paid £90,000 to perform at this year’s Ghana Music Awards UK.

However, instead of attacking Kwasi Aboagye, Wale attacked Despite as well, prompting the ban from his employes unhappy about how he treated their boss.
