The mortal remains of veteran Ghanaian politician E T Mensah arrived in Ghana yesterday, October 10th, 2023.
The former MP of Ningo Prampram died in South Africa on the 1st of October 2023, after battling a long-term illness.
E T Mensah’s body was airlifted from South Africa where he died to Ghana for burial.

The family of the politician, friends, political figures and other sympathizers gathered at the Kotoka International Airport to welcome his body home last night.
In a video that has popped up on social media, the wife of the politician’s wife, Mrs Loriet Mensah was seen inconsolable as his body arrived.
The middle-aged woman is seen in the crowd crying as she approaches the mortal remains of her husband.
Enoch Teye Mensah (born 17 May 1946) is a Ghanaian politician popularly referred to as E T Mensah.

He was a Minister for Education and a Member of Parliament in Ghana from January 1997 till January 2017.
Mensah was born on 17 May 1946 at Prampram in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana.
He died at 77 years old, and he is survived by his wife and 7 children.
