Popular Ghanaian musician turned political activist, Kwame Asare Obeng aka A Plus, has announced once more his intention to contest for the parliamentary seat in Gomoa Central in the 2024 general elections.

According to A Plus, he would contest as an Independent candidate and win the seat hands down.

A Plus made the revelation in the aftermath of his faher’s burial which came off in Winneba over the weekend.

The Central Region native said he will contest the Gomoa Central seat and urged the two major parties, the NDC and the NPP to not bother with fielding a candidate in the elections.

A Plus claimed even if they did he would defeat them soundly.

He urged politicians in his district not to bother themselves but if they want a position, to humble themselves before him.

A Plus said when it all said and done by the time the next Parliament is called into session in 2025, he would be the only parliamentary candidate who is Independent.
