Ghanaian actress Beverly Afaglo has lamented about how the movie industry in Ghana failed.

Speaking as a guest on the United Showbiz show hosted by MzGee, Beverly Afaglo disclosed that the Ghanaian movie industry is not performing as much as it should.

She disclosed that, most actors who have become producers have made a lot of losses after premiering their movies.

“The movie industry is dead and the way things are going, it will be difficult for it to be revived. A lot of actors are doing side businesses to survive because the industry can’t feed them anymore”. Beverly Afaglo disclosed.

Meanwhile a few days ago, Beverly Afaglo revealed how her colleagues are husband hunting.

She stated that many actresses who became well-known in the movie industry after her marriage are now keen to find life mates. Praye Honeho is the husband of this actress.

Despite acknowledging that being married may have had some effect on her work, Beverly stressed the considerable value it has added to her life by assisting in the formation of a devoted family.

Beverly Afaglo boasted that other actresses could be envious of the secure and content family life she has built through marriage in an exclusive interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom FM.

“Those people who overtook me whiles I’m home are also now looking for husbands to marry and give birth. That is how God works in his own way. How God works is different from every individual”.

“Marriage slows you down and those who are still single in the industry will overtake you though you started before them”.
