Confusion Rocks Rev Anthony Kwadwo Boakye’s Funeral As Wife Refuses To Attend Following Court’s Injunction

The final funeral rites of Rev Anthony Kwadwo Boakye, the founder of Resurrection Power New Generation Church, is currently ongoing.

The church, his family and loved ones, in and outside Ghana, are gathered at the funeral grounds to show their last respect to the man of God.

In a video sighted on social media, the late Rev Anthony Kwadwo Boakye is laid in state whilst mourners file past him.

However, his wife, Mrs Margret Boakye and her children reportedly did not attend the funeral.

It has been reported that Rev Anthony Boakye’s wife, Mrs Margret Boakye, aka Obaa Yaa Asantewaa secured Court’s Injunction on her late husband’s body, and also to stop the funeral until further notice.

She reportedly sought legal redress after the family failed to invite her for the final funeral rites of her husband.

However, despite Court’s Injunction, the funeral is being held under tight security.
