Beyonce’s Mother’s Husband Allegedly Filed for Divorce After She Dawged His Movie Premiere to Attend Beyonce’s Tour

Tina Knowles, Beyonce’s mother is getting divorced! Her husband, Richard Lawson is fed up with the marriage and has filed for divorce!

We reported several weeks ago about the impending divorce and it’s now official!! Recent reports have confirmed that Tina Knowles is getting divorced for the second time.

Now, new reports are emerging about the reason for the divorce. First off, it has been discovered that Richard is the one asking for divorce, not Tina.

And now Media Takeout has reported the reason for the divorce is due to Richard being unhappy with his wife failing to support his career.

A source told the publication that Richard Lawson recently directed a new movie called Black Terror, which has been described as one of the biggest achievements of his life. His then-wife Tina Knowles is listed as executive producer on the project.

However, when it came time to do the hard work promoting the show, Tina was no help. She apparently rather decided to help her daughter on her Rennaisance tour which was already sold-out rather than helping her husband raise awareness for his movie.

The source says Tina choosing her already famous daughter over her husband was the ‘straw that broke the camel’s back,”

“Do you know how hard it is for a Black film, directed by a Black director, to succeed? Tina, Beyonce, Jay Z, everyone should have come out to help make the film pop.” the source said.

They added: “That was the straw that broke the camels back. Richard has supported everything that Tina has ever done. He really needs her now, and she chose to do the electric slide at her daughter’s concert instead.”
