American basketball player Dwight Howard is apparently gay – a man has just sued him for s*xual assault and dropped salacious details about their relationship.
The man, known as Stephen Harper, claims one of his bedroom encounters with Howard turned violent and he was assaulted by the former NBA star.
The duo met on Instagram and started a relationship there.
Stephen claims in legal documents that Dwight explained that he was “into freaky” s**ual content and that he wanted to see Steophen’s n*des and “c—shots.”

In one alleged screenshot provided, Dwight allegedly tells his gay friend, “Now I want you to know I’m not like gay or anything. I’m jus a lil nasty sometimes. Ion wanna offend you.”
After maintaining a ‘freaky’ online relationship, things turned sour when Howard requested a thr**some with Harper and another individual known as ‘Kitty’.
On the day, Harper went and changed his mind but Howard refused to let him leave.
“Defendant stood up (towering over Mr. Harper), grabbed Mr. Harper by the thighs, forcibly removed Mr. Harper’s underwear, held Mr. Harper down, and performed nonconsensual or*l s*x on Mr. Harper,” portions of the suit read.
“Mr. Harper was in fear of imminent bodily harm when he was pinned down and forced to remain in place while Defendant continued to s*xually assault him.” it added.
