President Nana Akufo-Addo has been called out for hypocrisy after his daughter was spotted making a call during the national anthem.
Over the weekend, the President attended a function alongside his daughter. During the singing of the national anthem, she was seen making a call and paying no heed to what was happening.
This ordinarily might be no big deal but it’s coming just a few weeks after the President lost his mind and attacked a chief for failing to stand up during the singing of the national anthem.

The President was furious on that occasion that he had stood up but the said chief remained seated. He loudly complained and called on his subordinates to get him to stand up.
Fast forward to this weekend and his own daughter did something similar to disrespect the anthem.
This time, the President took no action and netizens called him out.
“His behavior towards the Chief he was angrily shouting at when he couldn’t stand due to medical conditions. And behavior towards her daughter over the same National Anthem should tell you the kind of leadership we have. Those within his circle and space will always be comfortable and pampered whiles we the outsiders (Citizens) keep suffering. Charley, we are just doomed as a country with leaders like these oo. Hm !!! You will surely get people seeing nothing wrong with this,” a fan wrote.
