Sad Moment As Widow Of Bullion Van Police Officer Reads Her Tribute – Emotional Video

The final rites of the police officer who was killed in a bullion van incident, Callistus Amoah is being held today, July 15th 2023.

According to reports, the first part of the funeral process was held in Accra on Friday at St George Catholic Church where he fellowshipped.

The second part of the funeral is the burial which is happening today at his home town in Navrongo in the Upper East Region.

In a video that has surfaced on social media, the wife of the late police officer, Amanda could not hold back her tears whilst reading her tribute and farewell message to her husband.

The young widow is seen heartbroken and crying as she read her emotional tribute.

Her tribute was touching to the point that the majority of the gathering teared up.

28-year-old Ghanaian police officer Callistus Amoah was shot dead on June 22nd, 2023.

The young police officer was on duty as a bullion van escort when he met his untimely death.

Robbers attacked the van at Ablekuma Star Oil filling station and shot him multiple times to death.

The robbers made away with an undisclosed amount following the attack.

The police have reportedly arrested two suspects. Investigations are still ongoing.
