I Don’t Regret Divorcing Chris Attoh – Damilola Explains Why

Sensational Nigerian actress Damilola Adegbite recently shared the details of her divorce from Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh.

You may recall that Chris and Damilola had a son together in 2014 before getting engaged in Ghana in 2015. The couple had previously met while working on the set of the soap drama “Tinsel.” Regrettably, they split up in September 2017.

Speaking to well-known media personality Chude Jideonwo in Nigeria, the actress disclosed that her marriage to the actor ended because “love is not enough.”

She explained that, “Love is not enough. When you meet somebody and you want to spend your life with them, love is just one of the qualities that you need. But it is not everything.”

According to her, she has never regretted divorcing her ex-husband, adding that the only regard she has for Chris Attoh is that he is the father of her son.
