Self-acclaimed Dancehall King Shatta Wale has waded into the ongoing controversies surrounding Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie and actress, Yvonne Nelson.

Yvonne Nelson launched her book a couple of days ago and it has since created a buzz on social media. Some excerpts from Yvonne’s book reveal how she was abandoned by Sarkodie when she got pregnant for him.

According to him, she was too young and still in school to keep the baby. So she was forced to do an abortion.

However, after the procedure, she suffered some consequences which lead her to bleed profusely for days.

But, despite being responsible for the pregnancy, Sarkodie never supported her or even checked up on her after going through with the abortion.

This revelation by Yvonne created a division on social media. While some were appalled by the actions of Sarkodie, the likes of Shatta Wale believe in his innocence.

In a series of Tweet, Shatta Wale said Sarkodie was too innocent to indulge in something yet.
