The popular socialite celebrated her birthday recently and her dressing to the event has gotten social media talking.
Shugatiti appeared in a beautiful red dress but messed up her combo with green slippers that made her look tacky.

On social media, netizens dragged her for deceiving the public about her perfect looks when a close-up showed how wrinkly her body is.
