Efya Nokturnal, a Ghanaian artist, recently shared her love of Tai Chi, a Chinese martial art renowned for its self-defense principles. Efya voiced her concern that, should she get into a physical conflict, her Tai Chi abilities would endanger someone during a chat with Berla Mundi on “The Day Show.”
Efya mentioned that she has been using Tai Chi as part of her therapy practice for a while and stressed the advantages it provides for the mind. She underlined the value of treatment for everyone and the beneficial effects it has on the psyche.
