Chairman Wontumi Drags Afia Schwar To Court for the 3rd Time for Breaking Her Bond of Good Behaviour

Ghanaian politician and Chairman of the NPP in the Ashanti Region, Chairman Wontumi has dragged comedienne Afia Schwarzenegger to court for the third time.

Wontumi via his lawyer, the ever-controversial Maurice Ampaw, has decided to sue Afia Schwarzenegger for contempt once again.

Ampaw filed suit at the High Court in Tema to enforce the provisions of the contempt of court ruling which fined Afia about Ghc 60,000 in replacement of her ten-day jail fine.

As part of the provisions for the jail term being changed to a fine, Afia signed a bond of good behaviour for two years.

Ampaw argues in his suit that Afia has violated the bond and should be jailed once more.

The case will currently be called in court on the 17th of May.
