Singer Stephanie Benson recounts the painful journey to having her breast removed during her battle with Cancer.

Stephanie in an interview with TV3 monitored by GhanaCelebrities.com disclosed that her surgery took 40 hours.

The bubbling Singer said she would have died had it not being the vigorous physical exercise she has always engaged in prior to her surgery.

The surgery which took 2 days had 3 sessions she revealed. The first session took 13 hours with 2 hours break and another 9 hours followed. Sadly, it wasn’t successful so she had to go for another 13 hours.

At one point my heart kept failing she said but through it all, she rejoices in the fact that, she has successfully undergone the surgery and is still alive.
