A Ghanaian police dispatch rider identified as Lance Corporal Mustapha Mohammed has sadly died during a high-speed chase at Pokuase in Accra.
L/C Mohammed died Monday night whilst chasing a Toyota Corolla on his motorbike.
He reportedly pursued the Corolla from Ofankor for breaking the law and chased them down the highway towards Pokuase.

At a point, the driver of the Toyota Corolla slowed down for the officer to approach, but then suddenly hit him and sped off.
The unexpected impact caused him to fall under a moving truck which crushed him to death.
His motorbike ended up badly mangled whilst his helmet was also crushed by the truck.
Unconfirmed reports have it that the late officer who was formerly with the Rovers Unit was the dispatch rider assigned to Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah.
Meanwhile, the Toyota Corolla he was chasing sped off and has yet to be identified or captured.
