Sensational Ghanaian music superstar, Black Sherif, has paid tribute to late Ghanaian footballer, Christian Atsu.
Sherif performed at the Wireless Music Festival in Abu Dhabi and used his set to honour the tragic passing of Atsu.
The Ghanaian Black Stars player was one of the hundreds of thousands who perished in the earthquakes that hit Turkey and Syria in February.
Whilst performing, the big screen behind Black Sherif paid tribute to Atsu with the screen reading Rest in Peace Atsu.
After a while, the screen read ‘gone but never forgotten’ before transforming into a collage of his photos.
The touching tribute was aired whilst Sherif delivered a cover of Bob Marley‘s Redemption Song.
