Usually, Ghanaian celebrities are accused of undergoing surgery for bigger bums and b**bs but Sandra Ankobiah alone is being accused of going for reduction surgery.
Over the past few years, Sandra Ankobiah has been spotted with some two huge balls sticking out behind her.
Her look was always funny because it was obvious the size of the bum was too big for her chicken legs and hips to support.

However, all of a sudden, Sandra is looking perfectly proportioned and a netizen alleges it is due to her undergoing bum reduction surgery.
In a video recorded during the recent birthday event for Serwaa Amihere, a netizen commented that Sandra has surely gone for a reduction on her huge melons.
Writing to the blogger Mari Gyata, the gossip connoisseur wrote: “Mari!!! Haven’t you noticed that sister has gone to reduce her implants/bbl hence her slim look? Look carefully at her behind. Before her implants will stick out like two basketballs irrespective of what cloths she’s wearing but this time around, what’s behind her is barely noticeable,”
