Mother of twins Afia Schwarzenegger has unveiled her newly made surgery butt.

Afia now looks rounder and heavier at the waist than before.

In a video posted on Instagram, Afia wore hot shorts and a mini-top flaunting her body.

Schwar sought to tease social media users with her new body but it has rather ended with her being trolled.

Fans are wondering why her tummy seems to have bloated.

Her hips and butt have all been increased after undergoing her recent surgery in Turkey but her tummy looks weird.

Whilst other people suck fat out of their tummy to be transferred to their butt and hips, Afia’s own looks bigger after her surgery.
