Social media has descended on Dr Kwaku Oteng after revealing his first wife had to sell and feed him when he was young and broke.

Oteng made his revelations during a dinner held in honour of his first wife’s birthday that occurred recently.

During the event, Dr Oteng gave a speech in which he eulogised his first wife.

He revealed there was a point in his life when he was broke and had nothing to his name and at that time, his wife started selling rice and yam to students to raise cash to cater for the house.

He revealed she used the money from her business to cater for him and their kids until things picked up in his business.

Netizens thus wondered why he would repay such a wonderful woman with betrayal by marrying other women!
