80% Of Ghanaian Youth Are Lazy, They’re A Nightmare If You Employ Them – Karen Kane

A Ghanaian businesswoman, Karen Kane, has described 80% of unemployed Ghanaian youth as lazy.

According to Kane, the reason majority of young people in Ghana remain unemployed is due to the fact that they’re lazy and super entitled.

Kane claims majority of the inbox messages she receives are from young Ghanaians looking for jobs.

However, she says many of them are not even ready when given jobs to do.

She also said the youth lack an entrepreneurial spirit where they fail to go out there and create businesses when not finding ready employment.

Karen then dropped her bombshell and said in her estimation, 80% of the youth are lazy.

She added that they are also entitled when employed in that within a year of working for their employer, they already want their pay doubled and to be given a promotion.
