Ghanaian-American actress, Grace Duah, represented her heritage big time during the premiere of Gossip Girl season 2.

Duah turned up in a kente-themed outfit designed by Ghanaian designer Pistis Gh.

The actress had reportedly promised her parents to wear kente on the red carpet if they allowed her dream of acting to proceed and she did just that.

The Ghanaian-American actress is one of the stars of the HBO Max series Gossip Girl. She plays the role of Shan Barnes.

At the recent red carpet at the Gossip Girl reboot season 2 premiere, Duah showed up in a custom-made kente gown by top fashion designer Pistis Gh.

She’s been getting loads of plaudits for the move.
