Recently installed Noyaa Many3 (development queen) of Sowutuom in Accra, Ayisha Modi, claims her body enhancement surgery cost her almost $40,000.
Ayisha in an interview gave a breakdown of the costs, which totals over Ghc 400,000 (or 4,000,000,000) old cedis.
She said the costs covered not just the surgery but post-op costs including her medication and even massages.

Ayisha Modi about a few years ago fell seriously ill due to losing control of her weight.
She was advised to undergo surgery to get back into shape which she did in the United States.
Modi claims the surgery was costly but in the long run extremely worth it.
