Afia Schwar Blasts Ghana Police After Autopsy Found Man Allegedly Murdered At West Hill Malls Choked On ‘Weed In Polythene’

An autopsy conducted by the pathologist for the Ghana Police Service claims Shadrach Arloo, the 32-year-old man who died last week at the West Hills Mall during an encounter with a policeman and a private security personnel, died from choking.

The autopsy claims he died from choking after swallowing a black polythene believed to contain ‘weed’.

Arloo’s story gained national prominence last week when his sister, gospel singer Perpetual Didier, called out the police for murdering her brother.

According to her, her brother had an incident with a police officer and shockingly died.

However, the police claims following its official autopsy that the deceased died from choking.

According to a statement from the police, the autopsy was conducted in the presence of his family and legal representation and found a black polythene bag lodged in his airway.

Inspection of the contents of the polythene found it to be weed.
