Eunice Dwumfour – New Jersey Politician From Ghana Killed After Being Shot 13 Times

A Ghanaian woman in the United States who worked as a councilwoman, Eunice Dwumfour, has died after being shot 13 times by an unknown attacker.

Dwumfour was shot last week whilst returning home from work in her car.

According to reports, her assailant came on to her just as she was about to park and go home, opened fire and filled her car with 13 bullets!

Dwumfour lost control of her car and drifted down the road, crashing into two other parked cars!

Police found her dead later and the FBI and local authorities are reportedly working on finding her killer.

A male witness, who spoke to the media said her car was hit with about 12 shots while travelling down Check Avenue toward Samuel Circle around 7.15pm.

He said she slammed into two cars including his own Black Lexus before her car came to a stop.

She was slumped over the wheel with a black hoodie with brown fur covering her head; her hands were down by her side. There was one bullet hole in the passenger door and a bunch of bullet holes in the driver’s door. Some other neighbours said they saw someone running away with a mask on.” he said.

Eunice Dwumfour was a Republican Councilwoman for the Borough of Sayreville in New Jersey.

She was the oldest of five children and is survived by an 11-year-old daughter.

Dwumfour married a Nigerian pastor, Eze Kings, in 2022.

Aside being a Councilwoman, she worked as a Certified Business Analyst and Scrum Professional for Fire Congress Fellowship Inc.

She also served as a Director of Churches for the Nigerian-based Champions Royal Assembly.
