A Nigerian man, Sunday Adelaja, has listed 31 Nigerian-owned businesses situated in Ghana after claiming Nigeria is doing better than Ghana.
Adelaja wrote an article titled ‘Stop condemning Nigeria, we are doing better than most countries,”, in which he argued that Nigeria is doing fine and people should stop complaining so much.
To buttress his point, he listed Nigerian companies operating in Ghana – a country often praised as a model of peace and stability in Sub-Saharan Africa.
According to him, Nigeria having so many companies operating in a country as famed as Ghana is proof they are doing something right.
He wrote: In this segment of the article I’ll be using only one country Nigeria, to illustrate the huge big brother role over other African countries. Let’s examine the economic investment of Nigeria in Ghana. Nigeria is the number one investor country in Ghana, out of all African countries, followed by South Africa. A similar picture could be observed in most countries of the continent, where Nigeria is helping raise their economy through aggressive investments.
