The comedienne reappeared in court today for her latest court date in the contempt case brought against her by Chairman Wontumi.

Afia has a 10-day jail sentence against her but continues to plead to be let go.

At today’s court date, the judge reportedly postponed the case till January 31st, 2022.

According to reports, Afia continues to petition the court to convert her sentence into a fine.

The judge has promised to deliver the final verdict on January 31st.

Afia was sentenced to 10-day jail sentence after Wontumi sued her for contempt and she travelled outside and skipped the court dates.
