An American influencer, Stacy Thiru, has gone viral after alleging bouncers at Twist nightclub in Accra assaulted her.
Thiru shared videos to social media showing the alleged assault, which left her with a bloody lip.
She said she went to the bar for a night out which turned into a nightmare.

“Got beat up by a bouncer last night Twist night club in Ghana,” she said.
She added in subsequent tweets: “This is so embarrassing but it is what it is, don’t go to Twist night club is Ghana.
“It’s not fun and the bouncers are extremely abusive. this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced it at that club but it’s definitely my last,” she added.
